2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between CLASP Studio and its customers.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products & Availability
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, texture or details may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund where applicable.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payment must be made immediately upon placing an order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Orders cannot be shipped before the payment has been completed.
CLASP Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been paid and/or confirmed.
5. Orders & Confirmation
An order is considered final once you receive an order confirmation email from CLASP Studio.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, misuse, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.
6. Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. In case of different lead times due to pre-orders or vacation, this will be clearly stated with your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances with the delivery service. Delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@claspstudio.nl within the withdrawal period.
8. Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be registered and sent within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged, except where necessary to inspect the product
- Original labels must be attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
9. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
10. Liability
CLASP Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk.

We aim to respond to complaints within 3 workdays of receipt.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text and logos, is the intellectual property of CLASP Studio.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
13. Force Majeure
CLASP Studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, technical failures or force majeure events.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
