Shipping & Deliveries
When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via PostNL.

Orders are generally shipped in a small package that fits through your letterbox, so there’s no need to stay home.
What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs in NL are €3,95 per order. The shipping costs to other EU countries are €6,95 per order.

For orders over €70 free shipping applies.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?

Yes, of course! We hope you're happy with your CLASP, but if your item isn’t quite what you expected, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. We may ask you for a reason, just for us to improve our products, but giving one isn't mandatory.

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be registered by e-mail (hello@claspstudio.nl) and sent within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original labels attached
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
  • Returns can be shipped to the following address via any carrier you prefer

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  • If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will be refunded
  • If you return part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded
What is the return addresss?

Returns can be shipped to the following address via any carrier you prefer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
